Shipping policy

1. Overview

All Crown Gates products are bespoke, manufactured to your exact measurements, design choices and specifications. Because of this, our delivery and returns process differs from standard retail purchases. This policy explains how delivery works and under what circumstances returns may be accepted.

2. Delivery (Supply Only Orders)

2.1 Delivery Fee

Our supply only delivery service is a fixed £195.

2.2 Delivery Method

Your gates will arrive with a two person delivery team who will safely unload them from the vehicle and place them in a secure location on your property.

2.3 Customer Presence Required

For security and confirmation of receipt, someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

2.4 Inspection on Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting your goods upon delivery. If inspection is not possible, please sign the delivery note as:

• “unchecked”
• “damaged”
  
• “parts missing”

This protects your right to report any issues.
